Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. Our program can be completed in person or online!

How much does it cost?

1. STARTER NUTRITION PACKAGE $89

We call this Nutrition 101 and is intended for individuals who just want an easy, general outline of what to eat that will produce great results. This program is designed to teach general nutrition, providing a simple approach to understanding how different elements, like macro- and micro-nutrients, play a vital role in meeting individual goals. This package will also include nutrient timing.

Includes:

  • 60 minute initial consultation
  • Printed information packet
  • One Week of sample meal plans
  • Body composition scan

Once you schedule your initial consultation you will be given an in-depth intake form to fill out. This will help us to be able to view a snapshot of your life and assess your current health & wellness condition when we meet with you and come up with an initial dietary plan for you to implement.

Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CrossFit Chuckanut, is truly unique. Our Nutrition Coaching Program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”.

Imagine the confidence you will have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too!

The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements, but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time!

We work with you to develop an individualized nutrition program, designed to fit your lifestyle and enable you to reach your fitness goals. We do this by giving you the tools needed to make a lasting change: education, experience, coaching, support and confidence.

2. NUTRITION JUMP START – CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION PACKAGE, 4 WEEK PROGRAM $199

This option is a 4 Week Nutrition Package intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals: weight loss, weight gain or to improve performance in their sport. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. It includes a pre- and post- consultation to assess goals and follow-up success.

Includes:

  • 60 minute initial consultation
  • Printed information packet
  • One Week of sample meal plans
  • Body composition scan
  • Four weeks of sample meal plans and grocery list
  • Individualized nutrition plan
  • Goal setting
  • Body composition scan
  • Professional feedback during the 4 weeks
  • Follow up (30) minute end of program consultation including re-test with Body composition scan

3. NUTRITION ROCK STAR – DELUXE CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION PACKAGE, 6 WEEK PROGRAM $399

This 6 Week Nutrition Package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals, but also feel they need additional accountability and the support of a caring professional throughout their transformation. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual, but includes opportunities to check in with a nutrition coach for weekly 15 minute consultations to review progress, half-way point measurements, and more.

Includes:

  • 60 minute initial consultation
  • Printed information packet
  • One Week of sample meal plans
  • Body composition scan
  • Six weeks of sample meal plans and grocery list
  • Individualized nutrition plan
  • Goal setting
  • Body composition scan
  • Food log review and professional feedback during the 6 weeks
  • Follow up (30) minute end of program consultation including re-measurements and body fat calculations
  • Weekly 15 minute one on one consultation each week of the program for continued support

What happens afterwards? Can I continue getting help on my nutrition?

We all know sticking to anything for the first 30 days is easy. Where we find people fail is during the next 30-60 days once a challenge is over. With our Ongoing Monthly Nutrition Accountability check-in meetings you won’t have to worry about that. Each meeting (monthly) is (30) minutes and costs just $45 and will include your body composition scan, tweaking your custom nutrition plan for progress and general consult.

Our Nutritional Coaching Program establishes behavioral change within you to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. We help build confidence with you to learn what to eat for fuel and how whole foods with limited ingredients help simplify for ultimate sustainable success when it comes to nutrition.

Remember, Fitness can’t fix a bad diet.

But a solid foundation built on Nutrition will build a strong base to which opens up the opportunity to pursue a healthy active lifestyle. Lots of programs out there tell you to drink this shake or replace meals with supplements or NOT to eat.

The Foundation of our Nutrition Coaching Program is counting macros. The concept behind counting macros is to ensure you have the proper ratio of fats, carbs and protein to maintain energy and muscle growth, while changing your body for the better.

In order to optimize your performance and be the best version of you, it’s important to know what and how much you’re eating. Having macronutrient precision allows lean muscle mass to grow and body fat to melt away.

As you learn how to stay fit without restricting yourself from the food you love, you will also be developing a positive relationship with food. Building up your confidence through learning what to eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients.
