CrossFit is an open-sourced, community-based , functional movement, high intensity, constantly varied fitness program. We run, jump, row, push, pull, squat, move our bodies the way there meant to move. CrossFit is a General Physical Preparedness program and differs from the current fitness establishment. FIT (“Wellness”) is to eat clean, prepare your body for the unforeseeable challenges, and train within the “metabolic engines”. We look not to specialize in any given sport but strive to be great at all 10 General Physical Skills. We do gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning (“cardio”) to become the world’s fittest men and women.
