Taking a tour inside CrossFit Chuckanut and you can tell it’s not your typical gym. The weight machines, treadmills, and ellipticals that line the walls of a typical gym’s space are missing. Instead the floor is wide-open, gymnastics rings and thick manilla ropes hang from the ceiling, and off in the far corner sits a large squat rack. It’s called a “Box” , in reference to it’s physical location inside an industrial complex in Bellingham, Washington.
CrossFit Chuckanut programming establishes a solid foundation in each of it’s athletes for any physical contingency – prepare them not only for the unknown but for the unknowable. We focus on the physical skills in cardio, stamina, endurance, speed, power, flexibility, strength, coordination, agility, and balance.
